Burnt Store 35 is a remodeled, fully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bath home in Burnt Store Colony, a quiet, friendly, resident-owned gated 55+ community in Punta Gorda. It’s fully furnished for longer stays and set up for two guests. The bright, open living space and well-equipped kitchen make it easy to settle in, and the lanai is a nice spot for morning coffee.

Burnt Store Colony sits along Burnt Store Road, about 8–10 miles south of downtown Punta Gorda and Charlotte Harbor. Burnt Store Marina and local golf courses are minutes away, and several Gulf beaches are 30–50 minutes away. It’s a great base for boating, fishing, dining and shopping.

The community has resort-style amenities: a heated pool, a hot tub, a fitness center, pickleball, tennis, shuffleboard and a busy clubhouse with social events.

Made for longer stays

Burnt Store 35 is set up for snowbirds who want a full season in the sun. It has a 28-night minimum. Book direct with us. There are no Airbnb-style service fees when you book direct. Just send us your dates.

Good to know (park rules)

  • 55+ community: the primary renter must be 55 or older, and companions must be 45 or older.
  • Longer stays: you must register with the park and submit a background check if you stay 28 days or more. The park charges a $100 fee, paid to the park office. Please apply with the park ahead of arrival.
  • Pets: up to 2 pets (cats or dogs), each under 30 lbs, with park approval.
  • Guests: 2 guests maximum. No smoking, parties or events.
  • Check-in / checkout times: self check-in from 4:00 PM, checkout by 10:00 AM.
